Born in Rumania, she is a self-made fashion designer, even though she actually studied Business Administration in Budapest. For the last seven years she is a permanent resident of Cyprus.
In the summer of 2002 she created her first haute couture collection entitled The Dream. In 2005 she opened her first boutique bearing her name.
In February 2006 she took part for the first time in a private showroom at the Paris Fashion Week. In March 2006 she participated in the fifth Greek Fashion Week as a guest designer, where she made her presence felt. In October 2007 she participated in the Fashion Week in Athens for the second time, where she presented her Spring/ Summer 2008 collection.
She was selected by The House of Raxevski, which has 50 retail outlets in Greece, Cyprus and the rest of Europe, to design a line under the name Ramona Filip for Raxevski, available at Raxevski stores this season.
